职位描述
Role Description:
- Complete the assigned Procurement activities(purchasing and contracting) for Tonnage Projects
- Support the implementation of Procurement plans for designated MGF within project portfolio
- Support the delivery of GAP/Cash Flow savings for designated MGF
- Support the implementation of the Category Management process
- Work closely with Data Systems & Processes team to ensure compliance to agreements being monitored
- Promotes values of company
Primary Responsibility:
- Contracting
- Maintain knowledge of various discipline contractors and sources within his responsible group
- Supplier sourcing and pre-qualification to establish project bidders lists
- Responsible for successful execution of all Contracts activities within his group according to Contracts strategy and procedure
- Responsible for the development of the bidders list within his group
- Together with the Contracts Manager the Contracts Administrator prepares detailed work plans for the handling of their assigned PRs of the project
- preparation of commercial portions of the ITB's
- Participate in the negotiation with contractor as required
- Prepare commercial evaluation tabulation sheets with Lead Buyer and Procurement Managers ensuring best value bidder is recommended.
- Review all contracts and contract amendments prior to submission for authorization
- Update & Maintain the performance status of bidders and contractors upon project completion
- Purchasing
- Prepare and issue inquiry to approved bidders, expedite quotations and coordinate bidders questions
- Work with project engineering if necessary to ensure the timely preparation of a complete technical evaluation tabulation sheets
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders after securing necessary approvals
- maintain purchasing files
- Expediting on timely delivery in some cases
- Understand and contribute to the development of the regional commodity strategy for the commodities and services spend that will deliver against the set and agreed Procurement objectives.
- Network within the business to identify opportunities for procurement to deliver value and savings
- Monitor agreed processes with the key internal customers to ensure procurements early involvement in projects which will incur external spend
- Ensure that where appropriate contracts exist which provide suitable levels of risk mitigation and prevention.
- Promote corporate values of the company
- Ensure code of conduct is observed in all dealings with our suppliers and business partners, fostering relationships and the basis of mutual respect.
- Ensure staff and suppliers act in accordance with all appropriate safety legislation and guidelines.
- Work with suppliers and internally to ensure that they comply with the Ethical Purchasing Policy

Required Qualification:
- More than 8 years procurement activities in Chemical or process industry
- Experience in engineering projects (civil,installation, etc.)
- Technical background preferred
- International trading experience preferred
- Contracting experience
- SAP experience preferred

- Honest and integrity
