诚意聘请资深过程控制工程师，要求5年以上过程控制相关经验，熟悉各工程控制系统，英文流利。

Purpose of the position
- The role is to identify and implement process control solutions that result in continuous improvement of Linde plant control system specification, design, selection, installation and are consistent with Linde global strategies and standards. The role includes modifying control strategy and increase plant automation level, conducting best way and procedure for maintenance, trouble shooting and support of existing control system hardware, software, and relative equipment upgrading and modification. To share the global best operation practice and work with the plant engineer to analysis gaps, make plan of improvement to achieve best operation

Principal responsibilities
- Work with global IPC team to develop minimum specification for new systems and responsible for rolling out in Greater China
- Identifying shortcomings in existing regulatory control system and implementing improvement and correct underperformance
- Support for remote operation implementation in Greater China region on best operation practice (BOP)
- Support Advance Process Control and new Data Collection and Historian system implementation by building hardware and software, changing control code
- Manage Greater China control system hardware and software records and ensure that updated information keep in central IPC team.
- Control scheme/strategy design during plant process control improvement
- Responsible for auditing of control systems hardware and software configuration
- Ownership of typical software blocks
- Provide technical support for the new projects in Greater China. Develop specification and protocols, control and support of software development to ensure meet Linde requirement, review control system hardware and software configuration, testing and commissioning of new assets as necessary to be ready to take over, support of the assets post commissioning
- Identify obsolete equipment and develop plans to manage the obsolete equipment (spares, alternative suppliers) or upgrade control system
- Closely work with site instrument and process control engineer to improve control system reliability
- Support for control system maintenance, troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), problem solving
- Support and fallback position in the event of an emergency
- Train site instrument and control engineers based on new technology development

Required key skills (functional/technical)
- Have strong hardware and software knowledge of Siemens S5, S7 and PCS7 control system, application programming skill and capability, maintenance, trouble shooting, diagnosis and problem solving skill
- Have strong knowledge of Wonderware InTouch
- Have some knowledge of other control system, such as Yokogawa, Honeywell, Foxboro and Emerson, including application programming skill and capability, maintenance, trouble shooting, diagnosis and problem solving skill
- Have some plant control and information network and security knowledge and experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to deliver effective, innovative solution
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Fluent Chinese and English
- Computer Literate (Windows/Office)

Required qualifications/experience
- Degree in electrical, electronics or instrument and process control engineering
- Minimum of 5 years relative experience in instrument and process control
- Have knowledge and experience of regular control strategy/scheme design
- Engineering or operation or equivalent experience
