职位描述
Role Description:
- Training Manager will plan, coordinate and manage the training activities, including needs analysis, curriculum planning, training course delivery
- Continually improve training management system and process;
- Support Learning & Development manager on people development programs.
Primary Responsibility:
- Identify and analyze training needs within an organization by applying process;
- Design and develop training programs based on training needs analysis;
- Develop annual training plan and budget, and is responsible to implement training plan;
- Deliver management skills training programs, facilitate leadership training programs;
- Evaluate training programs to make sure training effectiveness;
- Organize and deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions, supervise training effectiveness;
- Provide coaching to internal trainers;
- Knowledge management, e.g. Keep training materials up to date; Use multiple medium to produce training materials and manuals; and manage and promote eCampus application in terms of efficiency and effectiveness;
- Communicate training programs and plans to ensure transparency and accessibility through means of news letter, intranet etc.
- Select and manage external training consultants and/or vendors
Required key skills (functional/technical):
- Communication and influencing in matrix organization
- Competency in delivery of management trainings
- Fluent English skills both writing and speaking
- Demonstrate ownership of work
- Good at organizing and planning
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in HR field or the relevant areas
- Minimum of 2 years in-house training management experience
- Work experience in MNC
