职位描述

-From our Global Share Service Center, Siemens are looking to recruit an experienced HR specialist.

-Contacts(internal / external): Internal: GSS HR service colleagues, Internal HR colleagues in Siemens China including JV/OC’s, employees .External: External service vendor

What are my responsibilities?
Mission:
-To support CHR for integration tasks
-To liaise with local vendor for admin process
-To support GSS HR central function for daily operation process
-To support GSS HR service team administration activities
Dimensions:
-Overall personnel administration for the regions in charge
Tasks:
-Provide GSS HR onsite service to OC in SH
-Support GSS HR central service team to guarantee high-quality, include: newcomer onboard, contract preparation, contract signing, contract extension, probation.
-Assist specailist for Payroll, Individual income tax , housing fund handling etc for all employees in SLC and full service compaines
-Government social insurance andcompany benefit handling
-Data main(DOE) support and administration kinds of documents
-Ensure Monthly internal report and external report timely and correctly
-Other task/ projects e.g. communication/ harmonization of processes with HR from other locations

What do I need to qualify for this job?
-Proficient in MS Office applications incl. intranet/ internet and HR related applications
-Business knowledge: Understand organizational culture/ structure; work experience in major international compan
-Knowledge of country-specifics within HR (Shared services)
-English level: Intermediate
-Be a good team player
-At least 2 years' work experience in HR related is preferred
-In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
