Responsibilities
1. Provide superior support on client infrastructure covers
2. Thick client (Win7 with HP Client Automation)
3. Thin client (Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp 6.5 with EMC NAS)
4. Secure configuration (McAfee VirusScan and internal group policy)
5. Innovation (Mac OSX and IOS with Airwatch)
6. Work with global team for horizontal/vertical application delivery
7. Market and deliver new products and services of CTI to end-user.
8. Act as Tier-3 support to investigate incidents escalated from local desktop support team.
9. Identify and remediate any risk/gap in existing procedure and process
10. Bridge well global team on China business development and local environment esp. regulatory requirement.
11. Cooperate with different department of remote branch facility maintenance

Requirements
1. 2+ years of relevant experience.
2. Expert knowledge of Windows, Windows Client knowledge from MCITP is preferred.
3. Strong troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with Sysinternal tools and at least one scripting language.
4. Experience of mass software deployment and product is a plus.
5. Understanding of IT service management practice, ITIL foundation is preferred.
6. Good documentation skill
7. Experience of working under globalization operational model. Strong communication skills to manage the deliverable from global team.
8. Passion on new technology and industry trend.
9. A result oriented person with willing to work at non-standard hour.
