职位描述
German customer service (beijing)
Responsibility:
Identify and receive Customer Service inquiries, pre-sales questions,and technical issues through telephone and email from end-users, store personnel, and Concierge.
Provide follow up service and fulfill callback requests through phone and email from end-users, store personnel, and Concierge.
Escalate customer complaints and outstanding issues to CSE and Team Leader.
Coordinate with internal departments to provide timely feedback and result to queries received.
Fulfill any projects or assignments given by immediate superior.
Qualification
1.Applicant must be mature and professional with astrong commitment towards achieving goals set by the Company.
2.Applicant must have adequate exposure to customerservice oriented work with a fine sense of organization, planning and havestrong professional attitude towards co-workers.
3.Applicant must have good interpersonal skills andbe able to deal with both internal and external customers.
4.Applicant must be fluent in both written and oralEnglish& German.
5.Applicant must have good listening and probingskills to provide excellent service.
6.Applicant must be willing to work in shiftingschedule and work on weekends/holidays.
7.Applicant must be proficient in using computersoftware such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, and other Microsoft Windowsprograms.

岗位职责:
以上候选人将在世界500强外企的呼叫中心部门工作,分别安排在日语/印尼语/泰语/越南语/菲律宾语/马来语/柬埔寨语部门,主要负责日语呼叫中心的客服投诉和紧急事件处理工作,上岗之前会有相应的软件技术培训。
任职资格:
1 半年以上外企呼叫中心部门工作经验,应届毕业生亦可,公司可以帮助办理了签证。
2 会英语或是汉语一种交流语言,有意向来大连的外企工作。
