Job Title： Receptionist
Principal Accountabilities:
1.Answer incoming phone calls and taking messages;
2.Greet clients, other visitors and direct them to appropriate staff;
3. Hotel and Air ticket booking
4.Restocking and controlling of office supplies including stationery, toner and paper, coffee, tea, and water
5.Interact with cleaning, property management, and security crew
6.Maintain schedules and other information
7.Assist with office works assigned.
8.Assist in office document and web page creation
Position Requirements:
Basics
Team spirit and independent work
Proficiency of English both spoken and written
Good command of computer knowledge (PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc)
Experience:
1 year working experience on receptionist fields
2. English could be used as working language.
