Purpose of the Job

1. Management account adjustment, ensuring financial report in line with HK GAAP
2. Ensure dealership financial account following group COA
3. Ensure accurate and timely submission of dealerships financial report
4. Guide dealership to complete other financial issue, which was required by RMB

Primary/Key Responsibilities & Measurement Criteria

1 In charge region dealer management account
2 Prepare weekly car GP analysis to monitor car GP
3 Assist dealership to complete signing procedure
4 Check dealership forecast & budget data quality
5 Attend car and parts stock take twice a year
6 Review monthly bank reconciliation of dealerships
7 Review yearly audit report
