Sr Onboarding Specialist - Seller Integration
Amazon is looking for a smart and ambitious Sr Onboarding Specialist - Seller Integration to join its China team based in Beijing.
Amazon is growing its Amazon Services strategy aggressively around the world. In this context, Amazon is looking for a Sr Onboarding Specialist – Seller Integration who will be responsible for helping Chinese high-potential sellers integrate onto the Amazon Marketplace platform. The Sr Onboarding Specialist - Seller Integration will engage with our new sellers recruited by sales team and achieve a successful launch on the platform, and will consult sellers on the best integration approach. In addition he/she will interface with internal technical and business teams and contribute to significant platform features developments and improvements. Candidates who delight in optimizing scarce resources are IT savvy and can strategically outline effective solutions rapidly should apply.
Responsibilities
? You will actively manage the integration of critical sellers who want to be integrated onto the Amazon Marketplace which included prepare the data and seller training
? You will proactively work with internal/external partners to drive business process improvement through deeply data analysis and seller launching practices
? You will proactively engage with internal/external partners to improve our seller facing tools which may include tracking bug, requirements analysis and project management
? You will support the launches of new programs, categories and features
? You will proactively drive additional target of the team and guide team members/deliver by yourself to achieve these targets
? Be the mentor of junior team members to help them improve performance and productivity
Basic Qualifications
Qualifications
? 3+ years’ experience in consulting, project management, pre-sales or technical support areas
? Experience of analyzing and solving problems with professional experience (data analysis or any other ways)
? Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel
? Track record of managing and troubleshooting technical and business integration projects.
? Excellent communication skills in both written/spoken Chinese and English with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner.
? Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment is required.
? Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc)
? Bachelor degree or above
Preferred
? Technical background like programming or data analysis would be a big advantage
? Experience in project management would be an advantage
? Experience with e-commerce or retail would be an advantage.
? Experience influencing and organizing others, whether in a direct management capacity or through experience managing projects
? Leadership ability and experiences
