职位描述
Job Responsibilities
1. Proactively assist in analyzing product needs with a full chain business impact view. Plan and initiate actions to fill product gaps and to increase product and process competitiveness. Analyze and prioritize the proposed product portfolio development actions based on business potential assessment.
2. Assist in planning, initiating development actions together with related function team. Follow development actions across the full product life cycle from sales and implementation to after sales and product retirement.
3. Assist in steering and coordinating the implementation MTOR program and processes in line with targets set by the company. Collect analysis and improve the customer data and its management to identify different customer types for the needs of segmentation programs.
4. Assist in planning and managing the implementation of processes and products to match the needs of different customer types. Follow up on the efficiency of promotion and sales efforts, to define and follow-up further development actions as needed.
5. Assist in maintaining the product development need records, product portfolio development plans, product release plans and proposals. Work with national and regional sales to define local product sales strategies and targets, to introduce new offerings to customers as well as to follow up on the efficiency of promotion and sales efforts, to define and follow-up further development actions as needed.
6. Assist in leading Market Intelligence to plan and carry out market knowledge programs required to support business development planning for target segment. Provide input to business management and solution creation.
7. Assist in proposals and tender with concrete sales and engineering expertise; submit typical project analysis report to top management team timely; optimize all kinds of marketing tools and train sales team in product benchmark analysis, describing customer benefits and advantages.
8. Enhance communication with branches.
9. Enhance the feedback.
10. Ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures.
11. Ensure compliance and use of company tools and resources within guidelines.
12. Follow all safety policies, procedures and work instructions according to the safety management system and fulfill his/her responsibilities as stated in the safety manual so as to protect the safety of himself/herself and fellow colleagues.
13. Other assignments from direct superior.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.More than 5 years related working experience (experience with elevator company will be a plus)
3.English proficiency
