- Weekly aging movement & collection tracking

- Credit term and credit limit review

- Bank draft management

- Maintain credit policy and mandates

- Review sales contracts from compliance perspective and make the contracts duly signed according to LOA

- Sales contract tracking and registration

- Selling maintenance in SAP based on signed contracts

- Manage rebate accrual and settlement process

- Rebate tracking report

- DSO and overdue report

- Bank Acceptance Debt tracking report

- Top X customer overdue tracking report

- Price movement analysis

- Bachelor degree in Accounting/Economics/Business Administration; relevant accounting professional accounting qualification(CPA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) would be an advantage

- Proficient in SAP FI and SD module

- Able to work independently with little supervision

- Strong communication skill and proactive service attitude

- Fluent in both written and oral English

- Expertise in spreadsheet, Word and PowerPoint

- At least 4 years AR/Credit experience in a multinational company
