Administration Intern
Position Type: Full-Time Temporary Employee

Job Overview
To provide basic technical and administration support against defined procedures with some discretion over priorities of workload.
To assist in the efficient operation of Project activities by co-ordinating administration, documentation and reports as necessary.
Job Responsibilities
? Provide administrative assistance to the team.
? To assist business and technical development activity when it is required.
? Data collation, data analysis and data presentation.
? Create and maintain technical file systems.
? Prepare project statistics and reports.
? Assist with the production of Project workscopes, reports, etc.
? Assist Managers with technical support (e.g. document management, data sourcing, data manipulation input, report production utilising software packages:- Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc).
Job Requirements
Chinese native speaker with English proficient, minimum CET-4 or equivalent.
Competent in use of MS Office suite of applications.
Self-organised and self-motivated, good interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of LR Document/Project Management tools would be an advantage.
You will also need good communication skills, including the ability to work to tight deadlines and adaptability.
