职位描述

	Job Overview: To be a qualified financial analyst with strong analytical skills to contribute to and assist with the financial management reporting and analysis for the Energy business stream whilst also providing support to the business stream

	Job Responsibilities: Analysis & Support: - Support local business managers in the provision of timely and accurate analysis and business information for the area to enable Energy to meet the changing needs of the business. - Play a lead role in the analysis of final results, including variance, trend analysis and country profitability - Analysis of local contract and client profitability providing insight to business managers for on-going contract performance - Assist local business managers with the preparation on commercial bids and investment opportunities. Month end: - Provide monthly commentary on performance of the area to the business, understanding and explaining reasons for monthly and YTD variances for the full P&L. - Provide assistance with monthly reporting for Energy Planning: - Assist with the forecasting and budgeting process for Energy ensuring accuracy is maintained - Assist with looking at future income trends within the business stream using Salesforce Other: - Maintain up to date knowledge of the financial systems including PM10, JDE and Cognos and use this knowledge to provide support - Liaise with other members of Energy management team and provide support when needed - Provide assistance to the Asia FP&A Manager in the delivery of the P&L and balance sheet objectives of the area - Undertaking any other BAU activities as required

	Job Requirements: - Qualified accountant - Good understanding of financial systems, Cognos preferred - Experience of consolidations, multi-currency, variance analysis, good reporting skills - Be a key team player that actively engages and supports others - Must possess good communication skills and is able to tailor and structure communication to specific audience - Must be able to quickly spot flaws in data and come up with a range of solutions - Be a self starter and able to take immediate action when required - Be culturally sensitive and aware when interacting with regional colleagues Pls send your CV to the office email shanghai-hr@lr.org or via the company online system
