Location: Suzhou
Position Title: Quality Manager
Reports To: General Manager
Job Summary:
Responsible for setup and handle overall operation of Quality Department. Setup and improve quality system for continuous improvement in new product certification, manufacturing performance and delivery quality.
Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:
? Build up the Quality System according ISO 9001 and TS 16949
? Accompany and carry out the certification for ISO 9001 till August 2014
? Accompany and carry out the certification for TS 16949 afterwards
? Build up good relations to suppliers and customers quality departments
? Represent company at customers and in customer claims situations
? Set up incoming inspection criteria to check incoming material quality.
? Implement process inspection, set up quality monitoring site to check manufacturing parts quality.
? Make finished goods testing procedure, to check finished goods quality.
? Measurement instruments management
? Make annual budget for QA dept and measurement instruments.
Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position:
? Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or related.
? 3 years experience in manufacturing facilities, 3 years manager in quality assurance for automotive parts
? Several years of experience in the automotive business
? Knowledge and experience in handling customers claims in the automotive business
? Knowledge and experience in installation and living of ISO and TS certificate standards
? Knowledge of manufacturing & quality assurance, understanding of quality control tool.
? Good communication and influencing skill & strong people management skill.
? Good analysis & problem-solving skill.
? Good command of spoken and written English.
