1. Management of Suzhou/Shanghai SIFC plant operations while support to TJ plant .

- Lead operation team to assure the products are produced and delivered to China and export market timely.
- Assure plant is running in compliance with ISO & HACCP&GMP&EHS requirements.

- Manage product cost to maintain company business profitable. Work with functional dep. to develop the cost reduction plan and monitor its implementation progress.

- Monitor overall plant KPIs on both business goals and quality goals. i.e. yield, productivity, on time delivery rate, QSR, customer satisfaction rate.

- Lead to solve production capacity restriction by implementing lean manufacturing best practice.

- Develop plant budget plan (H/C, capital, O/H, cost reduction etc.) and monitor actual spending.

- Develop and optimize plant organization to meet growing business requirements.

2. Co-ordination with other functions

- Be member of China Leadership Team, participate in China business management, support to develop China business strategic plan.

- Be member of China NPD team: Work with marketing/R&D to develop new product and support its timely launch.

- Responsible for outsourcing products for China and export market.

- Co-ordinate with WHQ and other Rich’s plant for information/best-practice sharing;

- Maintain good relationship with government organizations;

Education required:
1. With a university degree in science/mechanical/engineering; MBA will be a plus;

Working experience:
1. 8+ years experience with dairy/non-dairy products;
2. Be familiar with food equipment;
3. Rich experience in production management;
4. Be familiar with modern management systems.

3. Self-motivated and striving for continuous improvement;
4. Good English & computer literate;
