BASIC FUNCTION
Be responsible for the all service system supporting management including data analysis, reports providing, other service system maintenance & management

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Be responsible for nationwide all Service system management including data analysis, reports providing, and other service system maintenance & management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. In charge of Service operation system & Service logistics and Depot system & other related service system maintenance and management
2. Project support on service logistics & Depot system (SLMS) implementation, development and optimization.
3. Monitor service logistics & Depot system performance and make system backup plan.
4. Resolve Client service logistics System Queries.
5. Maintain all service system (Call Center CTI/IVR, SOMS, SLMS, UR Tracker and etc) and update and backup system raw data to assure systems function and operate smooth and consistently.
6. Be responsible for all service reports planning and preparation.
7. Generate data reports upon the request from clients.
8. Applying various quantitative methods to analyze and interpret information from multiple data sources.
9. Provide in-depth data analysis to Management Team.
10. Leading company business process improvement projects on all service system development, customer operation process study and technical elements of implementation.
11. Assist with others team providing related system support.

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1. Bachelor degree or above. Major in computer, statistics or related.
2. At least 5 years working experiences in data analysis and system support.
3. Good computer application skills (Office, Access, SQL, VBA programming Skill is a must; ERP-BO/BPCS experience is a plus).
4. Good Data Analysis Skills and accurate working style.
5. Good command of written and spoken English.
