DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle all calls and manage our busy switch board and taking messages as appropriate.

- Greeting of visitors, management of meeting rooms, arranging couriers and administering the incoming and outgoing mail, distribution of mail and parcel delivered and etc.

- Provide on-site admin service to the client.

- Ordering office stationery, maintaining office equipment and supplies, coordinating catering as required.

- Assist the Facility Team to complete a series of tasks as required.

- Develop a sound working relationship with key representatives of the client and key suppliers/service providers.

- Assist and monitor to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times

- Follow up on local customer requests and complaints

- Assist in monitoring vendor performance and report to the FM team

- Ensure feedback from client sessions is recorded and tale action to meet the satisfaction of the end user

- Other ad-hoc duties as request
