Key responsibilities主要职责:
1、组织开展产品的质量改进工作；
2、实施产前准备工作，保证生产稳定；
3、主导对生产过程中产品出现的异常进行分析、解决；
4、开展实施老产品改型工作，满足客户需求；
5、参与新产品试制工作，确保批产产品的质量稳定；
6、积极开展VE工程，降低产品成本，分解VE指标。
Requirement要求
1. 本科，男，5年以上同行工作经验；
2. 熟知机械及工业工程类基础知识
3. 具有主导专业工具电动工具市场问题解决的背景（角磨、云石机、砂光机）
4. 系统解决问题的能力，组织协调沟通能力，抗压，自我调节能力。
