职位描述
- 根据公司产品规划，领导电机技术平台的规划，对技术方向的正确性负责；
- 根据电机技术平台的规划， 指导电机技术开发，对总体方案的正确性负责；
- 指导产品开发过程中电机总体方案的设计，对总体方案的质量负责；
- 负责电机重大技术问题的攻关、解决
- 参与产品开发各阶段的技术评审（需求/概念/总体方案），为产品成功提供技术支持
- 负责电机技术队伍人才队伍的传承、培养
岗位要求：
1、 本科及以上学历，年龄40-65岁；
2、十年以上串激电机、无刷电机行业技术开发经验，有丰富的行业工艺管理，制造管理经验；
3、精通电机理论，结构设计；精通电机控制软硬件；精通电机制造工艺；
4、具备优秀的新产品开发能力，具备优秀的行业拓展意识。
