职位描述
- 根据公司战略，领导无绳类产品的产品规划；
- 根据无绳类产品规划， 领导制定无绳类技术规划；
- 指导无绳类产品技术开发，对技术总体方案的正确性负责；
- 参与无绳类产品的阶段性技术评审，对产品的技术正确性负责；
- 负责重大技术问题的攻关、解决
- 负责解决技术、工艺相关问题导致的重大质量问题的解决
- 负责无绳类产品开发的技术指导、人员辅导
岗位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，电动工具行业10年以上工作经验，年龄40-65岁；
2.熟悉无绳电动工具的原理、结构、材料、控制电路及软件、相关制备工艺及匹配应用；
3.深度理解及把握电动工具产品及产业政策，对无绳电动工具的便利性、高效化和高可靠性有深刻的认知；
4.对新型无绳电动工具的技术前沿和市场发展方向有前瞻性认识；
5.能统领团队，对新型无绳电动工具开发项目起关键技术的核心指导作用，使项目顺利开展并最终成功产业化。
