Objective
The main objective of this two-year programme is to recruit University Graduates and develop them into high-performing front line managers (managerial role).
Through the program, each Graduate candidate is offered:
- Professional roles from day one
- Participation in three global modules in different parts of the world in partnership with an FT 100 business school
- Guided and structured on the job learning supplemented by cross-functional exposure
- Opportunity to work on global projects with teams spread across the world
- Learning from experiences of seasoned professionals through formal mentoring

Since DIGP programme is an extensive and highly competitive programme, we are looking for candidates with
- a strong educational background with some work experience:
- Bachelor degree and above with 2 years’ work experience (incl. part time, internship experience, Logistics related preferred).
- The Degree should be Business, Marketing, Management, Commerce, Engineering or something related.
- International travel, International work experience and Significant achievements will add advantage
- Shipping industry knowledge not mandatory
- Mature, professional personality with realistic goals and good
communication skills
- Fluency in English (additional/local languages a plus)
- Flexible team player, networker, and collaborator
- Global mindset, social and intercultural competency
