Job Responsibilities:

At least 5 years working experience in quality inspection in mechanical factories and manufacturing environment.

1. Familiar with ISO 9001 system

2. Good command of QC tools

3. Good mechanical and quality engineering knowledge

4. good quality consciousness

5. Proficient in quality control

6. Famiar with QCC,5S and safety

Qualification Requirements

1. To establish, maintain, enforce, development & review of quality management system.

2. To establish & implement quality control system for incoming, in process and finished product to ensure the specificaitons and standards are met.

3. To directs workers in quality assurance inspection and testing to ensure the establishment and regulatory standards are met.

4. To review and sign-off all QA records and to prepare report.

5. To ensure non-compliance product is properly identified and segregated in a timely manner and proper steps are taken in notifying management.

6. To maintain all quality records and other documents required by the company and to make sure all records are correlated, correct and timely.

7. To work with other sections or departmental in an effort to develop and maintain most efficient quality assurance procedures for respective areas.

8. To support production in embedding systemic corrective and preventative actions regarding internal and third party audit deficiencies.

9. Assist in the evaluation of suppliers and implementation and monitoring of supplier improvement process.

10. Monitor and perform auditing function to assure compliance to systems and procedures, internal and supplier audits.

11. Identify areas for improvement and develop quality improvement programs utilizing quality tools and statistical techniques.

12. To work together with product engineer or procurement department in new material or supplier qualification.

13. To couch, train and motivate group of QA team.

14. To take lead in product failure analysis and customer complaint and to facilitate solution.

15. To interact with other departments to achieve company objectives.

16. To ensure safe work culture and environment when carry out the duties and compliance with all safety, health and environment rules and regulations.

17. To carry out and ensure good housekeeping in working area.

18. Other duties as required by superior from time to time.
