Purpose of position

职位目的: (Overall contribution to corporate goals)

- 完成公司项目钢结构的工作及项目内所需承载的设计及计算，如设备平台及CV, RTO的支撑

Finish steel work of the projects and load bearing design, as well as the calculation of the projects, such as the supports of equipments' platform, CV, RTO etc.

Core Accountabilities主要职责:

- 负责项目钢结构的设计（含AS, GF, RTO, CS等）；

Responsible of steel work design (include AS, GF, RTO, CS etc.)

- 进行设计、监督、管理工作，监督各承包商施工质量符合合同要求；

Responsible of design, supervise and management work, supervise contractors' construction and make sure the quality meet the contract's requirements.

- 负责项目钢结构的设计及审核工作；

Responsible of steel work design and audit work.

- 书面汇总有关图纸、设计变更等内容的现场实施情况；

Report and collect implementation situation of related drawing, design changes, and other design work.

- 负责项目钢结构图纸、洽商、合同等资料的技术核定管理工作。

Responsible of steel work drawing, negotiation, contracting and data verification.

Minimum Experience & Qualifications岗位要求:

- 五年以上的钢结构项目设计经验；

five years and above of steel work design experience

- 本科学历以上者优先；

Bachelor degree and above

- 责任心强、吃苦耐劳、具有团队合作精神，具有良好的沟通能力；

Responsibility, hardworking, team work spirit, good communication ability

- 具有较强的组织协调、应变能力、决策能力；

Organizing and coordinating ability, flexibility, decision-making ability

- 能承受较大的工作压力；

Ability to take work stress

- 熟练使用office系列办公软件、Microstation及荷重使用计算软件；

Familiar with office software, Microstation and other loading calculation software

- 掌握项目钢结构专业理论知识，熟悉相关国家规范、标准及法规；

Master professional knowledge of steel work, familiar with related state regulation, standard and laws

- 掌握设计与技术等管理知识。

Master design, technical and management knowledge.
