Personal qualifications / competencies:
Experienced energetic finance people with a passion to make a difference
He/She should be a true team player with very good communication and leadership skills
Strong inter-personal, presentation and communication skills
Able to initiate actions, give direction and take responsibility
Able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
Strong experience on manufacturing cost and logistic cost management. FMCG exposure is a plus.
ERP implementation experience is desired. Project management experience is a plus.

Educational / minimum requirements:
University graduate or above in accounting or finance related discipline, a CPA is preferred
At least 8 years’ after graduation experiences with 2 to 3 years practical costing knowledge gained in a manufacturing environment, FMCG products preferred
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent Mandarin is a must.

Job responsibilities:

Finance Supply Chain Business Controller :
To work as a leader in a project team and with the local brewery management in implementing standardization projects related to the SC related disciplines including ERP implementation project.
To support Supply Chain Director of in regular KPI reporting and analyses for the various breweries with an aim to enhance data transparency and to increase efficiency through bench-marking best practices against each other on key performance indicators.
To be responsible in the budget process for the whole Supply Chain by proactively working closely with local brewery supply chain and its management.
Establish and develop the SC finance team in the local breweries and build up their capabilities to support the business growth.

Financial Reporting Business Controller:
Overall responsible for accurate and timely preparation of consolidated financial statements (under PRC GAAP and IFRS) for both internal and external reporting;
Responsible for the development, implementation and compliance with the relevant accounting policies and procedures;
Oversees the external audit process and manage relationships with all external auditors
Facilitate the continuous improvements in financial reporting system and processes
