DSA productions were delivered to our customer, they need to be long-term maintained, optimized and updated, a new position is required to perform these tasks.
- Regularly (daily, weekly, monthly) maintain DSA servers and applications that run by customer
- Maintain DSA specific hardware and corresponding software
- Make regular report for up-to-date server status and maintenance efforts
- Technique support: solve problems and train customers regarding to system issues
- Trouble shooting for hardware and software problems
- Fulfill system update, execute system patches update
- Write installation, modification, migration documentations
- Keep a good relationship between company and customer. Timely report customer's complaint
Skills:
- You must have IT background education and relative work experience
- Work experience for system administrator is preferred
- Work experience for UNIX/Linux OS, Oracle database, remote control
- Knowledge and work experience for programming language Java
- Be patient and professional for trouble-shooting and customer-oriented
- Good communication abilities
- Good English skill in written and speaking
