Bachelor Degree, Fimilar with pigments and WB dispersion addtives, experiece in colorants developing, can independently or lead a team finish the R&D projects within due time.
More than 5 years experiect in RD, at least 3 years for W/B colorants or Achitecture color developing.
Can offer the project manager position when experience match well and excellent at leadship and project manage skill.
本科学历毕业，非常熟悉颜料和水性分散助剂，有色浆研发经验，能独立领导研发小组完成色浆的开发和改良。
5年及以上相研发工作经验，最好有三年以上水性涂料色浆或建筑涂料颜色研发经验。
研发经验丰富和同时具备管理能力者，将提供项目经理的职位.
