职位描述
Principal Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the development and performance of all sales and marketing activities in Turbo Machinery market segment.
2. Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales and profitability and expansion of customer bases, including OEM customers, EPCs, and end users in power generation and industrial applications.
3. Prepare and implement action plans for effective search of sales leads, prospects and new market penetration.
4. Align with Global Segment Leader and local Application Engineering team in search for new business opportunities and project implementation.
5. Create and conduct product, solution, proposal presentations to customers
6. Provide timely, accurate and complete feedback to management regarding market, projects, customer, competitors and own performance
7. Control expenses to meet budget guidelines
Qualifications
? Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or turbo machinery.
? Solid track record in business development and sales.
? Good communications and interpersonal skills;
? Fluent in English
EXPERIENCE
? ≧7 years experience is required, better with prior team management experience.
? Prior experience in turbo machinery market and/or power gen is preferred.
