Job Summary:

Reporting to Sr. Maintenance Engineer, the Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for implement engineering improvement on existing motor production equipment and process to continue make the equipment and process more reliable, products better quality and maintenance/operation lower cost.

Responsibilities:

? Be responsible for daily operation management of equipments and insure the stable and safe running of plants.
? Eliminate the defects of equipments and instruments and analyze the cause of failure thus to improve the maintenance record.
? Follow up uncompleted work order.
? Be responsible for supervising TPM system implementation and scheduling & budgeting preventative maintenance action according to real machine status.
? New line or equipment transfer and new model pilot.
? Offer technical supports and training & develop maintenance staff.

Requirements:

? Bachelor’s degree, major in Mechanical Engineering or Electric Engineering
? Above five years relevant work experience.
? A comprehensive experience in motor manufacture technology.
? Good oral and written English.
? Good communication skill and teamwork spirit.
