职位描述:
1、 按公司整体策略,制定年度民用级商用渠道的销售策略和开拓计划。
2、 负责所管辖区域内的渠道合作谈判(包括商超年度合同、商业客户合作、零售直供商合作、新品卖入、调价、促销、陈列活动等)、进入及管理。
3、 区域内民用及商用渠道的销售目标制定及达成。
4、 区域内零售门店的形象、产品、价格维护,以及其他相关市场推广活动。
5、 深入了解和分析管辖区域内的竞品动态,以及消费者习惯和爱好,及时调整区域性策略,以保证品牌形象提升和销售目标的达成。
6、 月度、季度和年度销售情况及各项费用的汇总和回顾,建立KA渠道终端数据库。

职位要求:
1、 年龄30岁—45岁
2、 大学以上学历
3、 五年以上KA渠道管理或经销商管理经验,熟悉现代渠道及业务操作流程
4、 具备较强的谈判及沟通能力,对市场规划有分析能力及独特见解
5、 较强的执行能力,有强烈的学习意愿、成就动机及成本意识,适应长期出差,较强的抗压能力
6、 熟练的 Excel、Word 、Powerpoint操作技能
