岗位职责:

负责车间设备的安装、调试、验收工作，组织办理新设备交接建帐手续；
?Responsible for workshop equipment installation, commissioning and inspection, organize new equipment transfer and tabulation;
?协调供应商在设备保修期内的技术服务和售后服务工作；
?Coordinate with suppliers’ technical service and after sale service during guarantee period of equipment;
?组织制定车间设备的使用和维护制度；
?Organize compiling workshop equipment operation and maintenance regulations;
?及时组织解决车间设备运行中的突发性故障；
?Organize on time settlement onto emergent failure of workshop equipment during operation;
?建立车间设备的帐、卡及有关文件，管好设备及附件，做好相关设备验收、转移、封存、启用、调拨、报废等各项的记载，做到帐、物、卡相符；
?Setup tabulation, card and relevant documents for workshop equipment, make good storage to equipment and accessories, make records to inspection, transfer, storage, usage, distribution, disposal of relevant equipment, keep tabulation, material and card in accordance;
?检查车间设备技术状态，配合相关区域工程师针对薄弱环节，制定相应措施，不断整改，保证设备完好率的巩固和提高；
?Inspect the technical conditions of workshop equipment, assist relevant Zone Engineer to draw up related measures for weak point, to ensure integrality of equipment.
?监督执行有关设备使用、维护规定以及设备的日常检查、定期检查及精度检查，协助和指导使用者和维修者搞好日常维护及定期保养工作；
?Supervision the implement of regulations on equipment operation & maintenance, routine inspection, periodical inspection and accuracy inspection, assist and instruct operators & maintenance man to make routine maintenance and periodical maintenance;
?参与设备事故的分析，填写事故报告单并及时组织修理，提出防止事故发生的措施并组织实施；
?Take part in equipment accident analysis, fill in accident report form and organize on time repair, recommend measures to prevent accident and organize implement;
?负责向有关部门定时申报设备检修计划，报送有关设备管理与维修的各种报表和原始资料，完成规定的设备维修计划；
?Responsible to declare periodical equipment maintenance plan, all reports and original information submitted for equipment management and maintenance, accomplish specified equipment maintenance plan;
?支持生产线建设（改造）工作；
?Support process line building (innovation) work;
?支持车间各自然工作组的工作；
?Support all natural working group in workshop;
?按“5S”要求实施现场管理，保证安全、文明生产。
?Implement of site management as per “5S” criterion, assure safe and good production conditions;

任职资格:

1、大学本科及以上学历，设备及自动控制相关专业；
Undergraduate college or higher,Equipment and Automation ctrol specialty;
2、良好的英文读写能力；
Good speaking and writing English application skills；
3、?至少2年以上从事大型设备管理与维护的经验；
?At least 2 years experience in equipment management or related fields；
