岗位职责Responsibilities
1. Create Impact Analysis for complex changes (Change Management)
2. Participate in larger changes in the operation that are executed in a project like manner
3. Create detailed level technical designs based on high level functional designs and defined requirements
4. Translate Baselines (performance, capacity and security) into technical implementations
5. Review designs created by peers
6. Work closely with domain architects in delivering solution designs
7. Implement the designed solution in production environment
8. Work within a DTAP environment (Development, Test, Acceptance, Production)
9. Advise service owners and delivery managers on technical issues
10. Execute in-depth troubleshooting of incidents and problems
11. Create Technical Manuals (TAM) and Functional Work Instructions (FAM/WI) for the designed solutions to be used by Operational Engineers
　
岗位要求Requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree in a technical IT education and at least 5 years working experience
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Enterprise environment being part of international/global IT/network support/development team
3. Must have experience with Microsoft Products (Servers W2K8, Desktop OS Win7 and higher, Office 2010 and higher, Software Distribution (SCCM), File Services, Printing, Active Directory, Monitoring (SCOM/OpsManager), Certificate Services, Internet Explorer, Group Policies, etc.)
4. Experience in translating architecture into high level (‘conceptual’) and detailed technical designs (logical and physical)
5. Good verbal and written communication skills in English
6. Good understanding of Enterprise deployed Microsoft solutions
