岗位职责Responsibilities
1. Responsible for monitoring and handling daily IT troubleshooting issue for DSM global hosting, network including hardware, software and relevant applications based on ITIL infrastructure.
2. Work on IT activities as required following IT internal hardware / software standard and IT management policy and procedures.
3. To ensure information security by implementing corporate policies and procedures.
　
岗位要求Requirements
1. Knowledge of networking services.
2. Hardware knowledge of IT equipments.
3. Good command of English in spoken and written.
4. A degree holder in Computer Science or related IT discipline.
5. CCIE/CCNA certification is preferred.
