职位描述
岗位职责Responsibilities
1. Delivers and improves the operational part of global end-2-end ICT Infrastructure services and improves the service operation for the whole, global business of DSM, that fulfills or exceeds the business and corporate requirements and service levels;
2. Determines the impact of projects on Managed Operations end-to-end for all Standard ITIL processes;
3. Contributes to setting up a Business Case including the Managed Operations perspective;
4. Prepares handover to Managed Operations by translating the upfront defined acceptance criteria into requirements for the project and ensure MO involvement in the project at the right time. Ensures a smooth transfer from project to MO leading to a maintainable service solution including all documentation to be maintained by MO according to their standards;
5. Liaises with project Manager and sponsor (when applicable), status reports (Highlight reports) to Project Manager. Internal and external communication about the (status of) the Work Package to all involved stakeholders;
6. Ensures Managed Operations commitment for the new service (in terms of sufficient budget and project resources);
7. Ensures the developed solution stays within the (functional) boundaries and constraints of quality, security and standardization requirements.

1. BA/BA+;
2. Management skills;
3. Proficient in the English language;
4. Excellent communication skills;
5. Negotiation skills
6. ITIL 3 certified (Foundation at minimum);
7. Project management skills
8. Training of the DICT implemented processes (Change management, problem management, knowledge management, incident management);
9. Advanced knowledge of the process management and ticketing system;
10. Advanced knowledge of DICT technical infrastructure;
11. Knowledge of the available DICT services.
