职位描述
岗位职责Responsibilities
1. Delivers and improves the operational part of global end-2-end ICT Infrastructure services and improves the service operation for the whole, global business of DSM, that fulfills or exceeds the business and corporate requirements and service levels;
2. Translates business demand in service orderings and ordering of contracted services;
3. Monitors and evaluates the quality of the delivered services by the service providers. In case of deviations, manages and monitors the improvements to get in line again with the contracted service levels;
4. Manages approved changes in the operational services. Communicates and coordinates between customers and suppliers;
5. Sees to it that DSM guidelines, policies and baselines are known and are followed by our customers, GEMS internally as well as by service providers;
6. Performs quality check on the change preparation result;
7. Formal review & sign-off;
8. Responsible for the periodical service delivery review;
9. If deviations are found within the service by the security management process the service delivery manager is responsible for addressing the incident (with support of security team);
10. Responsible for ensuring the delivery of service from a Supplier towards DSM Corporate ICT and/or from DSM Corporate ICT to supported Users.
岗位要求Requirements
1. Pursuing a Bachelor or Master Degree. Computer Science, Software Engineering and Electrical Engineering are preferred.
2. A strong sense of teamwork.
3. Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and fluent English as working language.
4. 3+ years’ experience in an Integrated IT infrastructure environment.
5. ITIL certificated
6. MNC work experience in MNC or abroad experience is preferred.
7. Good sense of customer orientation.
