Job Responsibilities
岗位职责：
- Manage full purchasing function including sourcing, negotiation and tactical buying
管理所有采购模块包括供应商资源、议价和起草购买协议；
- Define and implement purchasing processes and best practices
明确执行采购程序及更好的实践；
- Ensure that the company is purchasing products and services at the most competitive prices
确保公司是在最具有竞争价格中所采购的产品及服务；
- Act as liaison between HQ and related companies Purchase Team and China suppliers
负责总部、相关公司采购团队及中国区域供应商的沟通；
- Maintain proper and complete records of purchase orders and related purchase documentation
恰当的维护及完善采购订单记录及相关采购文件；
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and Plant Manager in obtaining quotations, ordering and ensuring all requested items were supplied on time
配合营运经理及厂长的工作，获取报价、订购和确保及时提供所有需求项目。
- Handle goods ordering, import shipment and conduct inventory analysis
处理产品订单、进口船务及管理库存分析；
- Supervise the Purchasing Assistant
监督采购助理的业务开展工作；
- Any other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
其他专业任务及项目的分配工作；

Requirements
任职需求：
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
本科学历，机械工程或相关类似专业
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
至少5年以上相关工作经历；
- Candidate from the same industry is more preferred
来自相同行业的候选人为佳；
- Good negotiation skills
优秀的谈判技能；
- Good level of written and spoken English
英语书写、口语熟练；
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office will be an advantage
MS操作技能熟练为佳；
