Job Responsibilities
岗位职责：
- Assist the Purchasing Officer in managing the full purchasing function including sourcing, negotiation and tactical buying
协助采购专员管理全部的采购模块，包括供应商资源、议价及采购合同起草；
- Maintain proper and complete records of purchase orders and related purchase documentation
恰当的维护及完善采购订单记录及相关采购文件；
- Obtaining quotations, generate purchase order and ensuring all requested items were supplied on time
获取报价、采购订单生成和确保及时提供所有需求项目；
- Process purchase order and inward shipment into the ERP system
处理采购订单并输入货物信息至ERP系统；
- Prepare custom declaration documentation for incoming shipment
准备进口货物的报关文件；
- Any other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
其他专业任务及项目的分配工作；

Requirements
任职要求
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
本科学历，机械工程专业或类似专业；
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
2年以上相关工作经历；
- Good level of written and spoken English is more preferred
英语书写、口语非常熟练；
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
MS操作技能熟练；
- Able to commence work immediately or short notice will be an advantage
能即时或短期通知后入职为佳
