职位描述
POSITION GOALS
- Provide on-site admin service to the client
- Assist the Facilities Team in the implementation of key initiatives and projects.
- Develop an understanding of and sound working relationships with key representatives of the client and key suppliers/service providers with whom you operate in support of the site.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIE S
- Responsible for general document filing and support General Manager’s agenda and logistic arrangement;
- Help on the ordering of gift or stationery, CWT
- Help on recording meeting minutes etc.
- Handle all calls at the main switchboard
- Attending all visitors, leading them to the right person/meeting room, and offering them beverage
- Handle all hand delivered items at Reception Counter include mails / couriers / bags / flyers / stationeries / newspapers / magazines
- Greet all visitors (internal and external), leading external visitor to the right person/meeting room, and offering them beverage
- Manage conference room bookings
- Meeting room set up
- Assist and monitor to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times
- Follow up on local customer requests and complaints
- Assist in monitoring vendor performance and feedback to the FM team
- Proactively meet with internal customers to resolve issues and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure feedback from client sessions is recorded and action to the satisfaction of the end user
- Maintain good relationships with internal customers
- Co-ordinate and assist Client with local office events as required
- Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation & performance excellence
- Other ad-hoc duties as request
