任职要求：1. At least 8 years experience in production in MNC with about five years in a production manager’s role. Experience in a automotivce industry is preferred.
2. Good communication skills and managerial capabilities.
3. Result-oriented, professional, responsible and having competitive urgency to get things done.
4. Be reliable, self confident and a good team player.Pleasant personality and sound integrity
5. Sufficient experience in six sigma lean manufacturing.
6. Bachelor degree and a MBA degree is desired.
7. Good command of English.

职位职责：

1. Oversees Manufacturing, Production scheduling, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Facility etc.
2. Designs, recommends and implements manufacturing operations policies and programs in line with the overall business plan.
3. Maintains control over all manufacturing activity is that production takes place in a timely and efficient manner, and within established standards.
4. Lead the production team to meet company goals for manufacturing lead-time, scraps, efficiency, on time delivery and inventory turnover.
5. Ensure the products are manufactured in compliance with all process and quality requirement specific to each product.
6. Explores and recommends changes to manufacturing systems based on analysis of modern, cost effective methods.
7. Plays a key role in the setting of the overall company policies and guidelines.
8. Focus on year over cost take out to support productivity targets.
9. Establish and maintain ergonomically sound safety rules
