Archibat Asia正在为一家世界顶尖的工程管理咨询公司寻找一名QS Manager，该公司全球拥有超过14000名员工，业务遍布120多个国家，年营业额达到15亿美元，服务内容涉及从交通、能源、建筑、水和环境到卫生和教育、工业和通信等众多领域。
Job Description:
- Formulate business plan and strategy for QS service in China market
- Develop new QS business and maintain existing customer in China market
- Achieve the sales target of open programs by means of well-planned and prepared company visits
and/or other ways of contacts;
- Lead the service delivery on QS service system management, customer care, and other after sales
follow up
- Maintain and update service delivery system to achieve customer demand with the company existing
system
- Establish and maintain stable QS team for service delivery
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree of civil engineering or MEP background; member of RICS is preferred
- At least 10 year experience in quantity surveying or relevant commercial/industrial project work
- Good business acumen
- Good English is preferred
- Skilled in computer soft, especially in MS-Office and AutoCAD
- Team player, Strong sense of responsibility, Good communication skill, Open mindset
- Ability to work under pressure, willing to do overtime work and business travel
Location: Based in Shanghai or Beijing
