Responsibility:
1. Identify long term nutrition advisor cultivation plan
Propose the proper training team organization and long term training plans in order to develop a best-class professional nutrition advisor team, develop learning system
2. Work out annual and regular nutrition knowledge training plan for nutrition advisor as well as internal sales team
Closely work with brand team & promoter management team to deliver annual and regular training plan based on long term plan
3. Organize and execute high quality nutrition knowledge training course
Lead the training team to deliver the nutrition knowledge training course for both nutrition advisor and internal sales.
4. Develop training material and continue improving training material
Based on latest nutrition science, closely work with brand team and medical team to develop training material and continue improving it
5.Evaluate training result and monitor post-training action plans Develop evaluating system, closely monitor the training effect and propose the action plans.
6.Training budget development and control
Develop annual training budget with close monitoring and control based on annual plan.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor or above, >8+ years of relevant experience in FMCG/cosmetic company with strong nutrition knowledge, 4+ years of managerial experience. Prefer to have medical background. Profound understanding of training and with extensive hands-on experience;
2. Training development knowledge, nutrition knowledge;
3. Strong presentation skill and communication skill, strong leadership skill with influential power, Good English skill preferred,
