Key Accountabilities

Product / Supplier/Inventory Management

Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with assigned suppliers

Analyze trends in vendor pricing and sales activities to determine correct timing to purchase

Identify, develop, and maintain new and existing suppliers for the assigned product portfolio

Take responsibility for management and coordination of data quality.

Manage and control supplier performance through effective supplier evaluation metrics.

Manage, negotiate and control supplier distribution contracts.

Identification, control and effective monitoring of ABC inventory profiling and stock turnover for selected suppliers

Proactively establish industry pricing and support benchmarks for respective supplier product groups.

Continuously consult with suppliers on process improvements that increase the internal responsiveness and turnaround within the sales and back-office organization

Contract and rebate management.

Ensure, together with TSE, that the required quarterly training is done for back-office and sales staff

Evaluate and monitor inventory turns in meeting set KPIs

Co-ordinate with purchasing and Finance that supplier A/P meets monthly targets

Internal support for Sales Team
对销售团队的内部支持
Periodically provides sales organization with customer lead information and/or opportunities.

Proactively assesses markets with sales organization in order to identify collaborative opportunities with suppliers

Accompanies Sales Engineers to call on regular customers to indentify for areas of opportunity and/or improvements

Identifies, together with suppliers and sales, existing business/customer pricing and service level enhancements

Supports purchasing staff in terms of commercial agreements and leveraging effective negotiation skills in obtaining price reductions and favorable payment conditions.

Works with Supply Chain in order to improve supplier responsiveness, flexibility and general efficiency in quotations, purchasing and delivery.

Take responsibility, with sales , in increasing trading margins across select product ranges and or/groups

Experience / Background
