2. RESPONSIBILITY:
Responsible for providing leadership and supervision to engineering teams comprised of multiple disciplines. Develops and manages plans, schedules and resource requirements needed to execute engineering. Acts as a technical representative with clients, partners and subcontractors. Provides periodic reviews and status updates to management and develops and maintains a team environment. Reports to Director of Engineering

3. MAIN DUTIES:
·Executes one or more projects. This position provides overall technical responsibility and supervision to assure the timely and economical execution of major projects to meet division standards and client specifications.
·Coordinates project technical needs with the project manager, engineering disciplines, other departments (including Construction and Field Service), vendors and the client. Provides leadership and direction during post contract phase of assigned projects.
·Responsible for schedules, status reports, budget and other documentation required to assure effective and comprehensive control.
·Approves and releases engineering documentation, drawings and material requisitions to assure conformance to specifications and budget.
·Monitors all work and products provided by vendors and subcontractors
·Assists Project Manager in relations with client including customer approvals and technical explanations.
·Provides guidance to discipline engineering regarding priorities and interface. Coordinates training and operating and maintenance manuals training and start-up activities

6. QUALIFICATION, COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE:
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering required. MS/PhD is a plus

Specific knowledge and skills:
>5 years of engineering experience in power plant, air pollution control system, or process plant design experience
Good computer, CAD, Word, Spreadsheets; organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in English
Ability to work closely in a team environment. Demonstrates initiative, professionalism and a commitment to quality
