PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Understand customer needs for Alstom Thermal Service products and solution
2. Promote Alstom's Service competence to customer, both OEM and non-OEM
3. Support to line manager to prepare quotations and coordinate with the commercial side to follow up payment issue from the clients
4. Establishes and maintains relationship with customers and channel partners, Regular customer visit and prepare report on time
5. Conduct market study, clearly identify the market needs, understand market trends, effectively build the opportunity pipelines.
6. Business information collection and update, on the regular basis, regarding the market, customers, business partners as well as competitor intelligence.
7. Compliance with all applicable rules and laws.
Update the Power Sales system in a timely manner.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES:
1. Bachelor degree preferred major in electrical engineering, boiler, steam turbine, generator, environments
2. At least 2 years project sales experience in industrial/power plant/environments
3. Team oriented, excellent collaborative with other divisions
4. Self Starter and proactive
5. Good communication skills to understand customer needs
6. Good negotiation skills
7. Proficiency in office tools such as Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, Project
Willing to travel within China
