PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-Assembly instructions being verified
-Assembly instructions being available out in the production, where required, and they being updated
-Being part of the project Quality system
-Together with the Quality Co-ordinator developing quality systems according to ISO 9000
-Tools and measuring equipment being calibrated
-Secure that all tools, equipments, educations and machines, that must have recurrent maintenance, inspections and calibrations, puts into the maintenance database (D-building).
-Continuously update the maintenance database with the protocols and actions that are the result of the maintenance, inspection or calibration (D-building).
-When deviations occur from maintenance, inspection or calibration, put these deviations into C2-system and send to the responsible line manager (D-building).
-Maintenance being performed according to plan.
-Jointly with the respective product responsible person in the production securing and increasing the quality of the products and the process
-If required, assisting with checks at the acceptance of goods
-Drawing oil samples of broken-down units
-Calling attention to deficiencies in the quality to production manager
-Performing independent checks on the products
-Drawing up routines according to OHSAS-18001
-Following up C2 matters
-Complaining about material to Goods acceptance office
-Stopping incoming goods not fulfilling fixed quality requirements
-Stopping product in production not fulfilling fixed quality requirements
-Submit requested reports to line manager in a timely manner, e.g. weekly reports, monthly reports, etc.
-Comply with the general company rules such as standard working hours, agreed working location, as well as other policies specified by Employee Handbook.
-Comply with company EHS policy.
-Complete ad hoc tasks from line manager.



KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES:
Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
Specific knowledge and skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality work,
- Have a proven track record on effective production and quality control,
- Know-how of processes
- Be able to read and understand drawings
- Excellent communication skill both in verbal and written, Mandarin in speaking
- Possess high confidence and credibility to influence senior team members
- Strong team player, adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work across cultures and regions
