PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Preparation of competitive Technico-commercial Bid and submittal to Customer
- Liaising internally with cross functional teams (like engineering, Supply chain, QA & Project management) to ensure accuracy in tenders.
- Provide inputs for internal reviews - Risk review, business review.
- Prepare estimates in line with company's guidelines.
- Participate in Negotiation, contract win and project handover to execution
- Value proposition from the context of service activity
- Evaluation and assessment of data based on site study as required for bidding an upgrade project.
-Submit requested reports to line manager in a timely manner, e.g. weekly reports, monthly reports, etc.
-Comply with the general company rules such as standard working hours, agreed working location, as well as other policies specified by Employee Handbook.
-Comply with company EHS policy.
-Complete ad hoc tasks from line manager.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES
Education:
- Degree in Mechanical engineering from an institute of repute

Specific knowledge and skills:
? Minimum of 5-6 years experience in sales of equipment/ Projects related to Power/Industry. Experience in tendering and proposal preparation for air pollution control equipment mainly Electrostatic precipitator and Fabric filter are preferred.
? Have good knowledge of contract terms and conditions.
? Good understanding of the contents of an offer
? Familiar with estimation techniques and the contents in it.
? Good understanding of all mechanical and electrical aspects of the equipment, instrumentation including process instrumentation required.
? Ability to work in a team environment.
? Strong Communication skills in an international business environmental
? Good knowledge of the main software. Able to work independently on computer.
? Willing to travel to site as necessary.
? Should possess good Analytical & Interpersonal skill
