IE Engineer (美国汽车零配件财富500强企业)
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Responsible for boxbuild/assembling process, follow up the new product introduction, assist to make the quotation for customer
2. Set up the standard time, issues the time element and summary of standard time for each model in per six month;
3. Maintain a standardize method for cycle time, machine capacity, run rate for all process;
4. Designs plant layout, counting floor area; product efficiency evaluation, improvement;
5. Predicts the machine capacity, propose machine requirement by each model.
General requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical;
2. Minimum 2 years assembling IE experience;
3. Familiar with basic IE tools & new product assembling process, making quotation;
4. Familiar with tender process and facility support.
