职位描述
The Center General Manager is in charge of all relevant matters related to the operation of the Center. This includes the recruitment, retention and development of talents, providing excellent learning experiences for the student, promoting high satisfaction rates for both the staff and the customers, and maintaining consistent and stable business growth for the Center.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Be a role model and instill COMPANY’s core values by creating a collaborative and service-oriented culture into the Center’s everyday operations.
2. Recruit high quality employees; train, motivate and unite employees at all levels, and retain star employees.
3. Carry out the principle of “Customer First” throughout the Center
4. Fully participate in the Center’s operation, understand the details of all processes, and provide continuous improvement plans in order to provide the newest and best service to the customers.
5. Pay close attention to customer complaints and the rCompanyund process and turn unsatisfied customers into our supporters.
6. Drive sales revenue through acquiring new customers and encouraging rCompanyerrals from and repeat purchases by existing customers.
7. Monitor the Center performance by verifying and analyzing financial reports, sales reports and student satisfaction reports (NPS results) and make sure the operation of the Center is in compliance with the Company’s procedures and relevant regulations and policies.
8. Work closely with national and regional teams (including national CSO, Operations, Education Service, Product.
9. Development, RED, Finance and Payroll teams) to ensure the consistency of products and service, and provide continuous feedback to help improve the business.
10. Ensure and maintain a safe, clean, and delightful working and learning environment for staff and students.
11. Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company when needed.
12. In a nutshell, run and grow a meaningful business with sound financial results, through the people and service provided.
