职位描述

Responsibilities:
Sales activity
1. Customer mapping to build up potential/target customer/distributor pool.
2. New distributor developing, authorizing, and maintenance, achieve the product sale target.
3. Actively working on the potential customers to build up success reference for the product and promote the story internal & external.
4. Projects follow up and coordination with other parties.
5. Responsible for achieving the business plan.
Product marketing intelligence
1. Understand the company product strategy, participates the new product project launching, support project deliverable.
2. Support marketing intelligence (application, industries, competition) on the responsible product to decide target area for the product, formulate the product/sales plan.
3. Sets up & get approval the product sales budget, working on internal & external resource for implementation.
4. Prepares the sales kit (training material, brochures, etc) for sales, AD, end users, trains and supports sales for product and application.
5. Provides technical support to sales & AD for products/application, including product selection, application advice, customer homologation and failure analysis, etc.
Service
1. Coordinate to solve product/application problems and customer complaints to provide better after-sales services for total customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
1. Sales experience on related product, knowledge of product/application (Hydraulic/industrial hose, industrial motor, linear motion, Seal, etc.) is must.
2. Experience of distributor development will be preferred.
3. Experience on manufacturing company purchasing or maintenance, project management will be a plus
4. Knowledge on product management, marketing will be a plus.
5. Extraverted & good communication skill.
6. Good planning, coordination, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
7. Independent, self-motivated and self-disciplinary working style
8. Bachelor's Degree with more than 5 years' related working experience or Master's Degree with more than 3 years' related working experience, majored in marketing & sales.
