Project Manager (世界500强化工行业公司，负责新建厂房和扩建项目，要求英语熟练，能适应长期出差)

Reports to: Regional Engineering Manager

Requirements for Job:
？ HSE Orientated.
？ University Graduate with degree in Chemical Engineering, ME, EE or related discipline,
？ Practical experience in engineering design,
？ 10 years field working experience in construction, with minimum 5 years in managerial position.
？ Experience in managing green field project with size of > ? 5 million.
？ Good communication skill with consultant, contractor, and government agency,
？ Good management skill,
？ English Language skill is essential.
？ Basic operating skill in CAD.

Key Objectives

Preparation and Preliminary Stage
？ Lead the project team for the preparation of AR,
？ Liaise with global team for the design input,
？ Liaise with local government for the permitting,
？ Lead the team with the information collection needed.

Design and Construction Stage
？ Overlook the engineering design for new plant,
？ Lead the construction team to overlook the construction and manage construction contractor, construction management company and QA company.
？ Direct responsibility on site’s HSE
？ Direct responsible for overall schedule and expenditure.
？ Co-ordinate with commissioning to start up the plant,
？ Report to the steering committee regarding the project progress.


Job Context
Will invest Euro 80-100 millions to expand existing manufacturing facilities as well as building new facility in Southern part of China.
To build up engineering resources for the existing and upcoming project. <>
