Job Description



This position will execute regional sourcing strategies as part of a matrix organizational team. Successful candidate will contribute to strategic development projects, facilitate sourcing councils and manage spend categories/programs as assigned. Develop and maintain subject matter expertise on assigned categories/subcategories of spend, negotiate new and renewed pricing and contracts, Prepare and submit scopes of work and RFQ/P documents. Package and implement subsequent Purchase Orders and contracts. This position requires good communications skills, ability to interpret trends and spend analysis, strong negotiating skills, and interaction with leadership teams with proven sourcing expertise within global and regional markets, alongside good project management skills and the ability to work independently as well as with a team.



Requirement:



Bachelors Degree: Graduate Degree preferred.
Professional designations/certifications/licenses: CPM or equivalent work experiences preferred
Up to date knowledge of best procurement practices
Level 6 English comprehension both written and oral
3-5 years experience in job discipline
Regional and/or global sourcing responsibilities for spend categories
Lead projects and/or teams
Proven negotiation and understanding/knowledge of key contractual terms
